CNN’s Wolf Blitzer Agrees with Republicans Concerning Delaying Obamacare

Posted by Steve Markowitz on October 10, 2013

President Obama and his allies in Congress, along with many in the mainstream media, have successfully created the narrative that Republicans are against Obamacare merely because they are obstructionists or worse.  With Progressives controlling the media, any disagreement with our imperial president is scoffed at.

Obamacare officially began last week and since then it has become apparent that important Internet-based technologies necessary to implement the program were rolled out before they were ready.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer recently interviewed reporter Brian Todd on the significant technical glitches already occurring on the government’s Obamacare sign up sites.  According to Todd, the administration was warned about these problems months in advance of the October 1 rollout.  Experts warned the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), responsible for Obamacare, that they should not go forward with the website since it was not ready.  This warning was ignored.

Wolf Blitzer appropriately concluded his interview stating: “They should accept the advice that a lot of Republicans are giving them, delayed another year, get it ready and make sure it works”.

The current focus on the furloughed government workers and their individual hardships has taken the heat off of the incompetence of highly bureaucrats that have implemented the technology behind the Obamacare websites.  It is time start publicizing those who have failed the taxpayers and hold them accountable.
